Уход после операции открытой и артроскопической декомпрессии надлопаточного нерва
а) Послеоперационное ведение и результаты:
- При изолированной декомпрессии надлопаточного нерва для большего комфорта пациента конечность после операции фиксируется подвешивающей повязкой
- Пассивные и активно-ассистированные движения разрешаются в полном объеме. Возможные послеоперационные ограничения будут определяться характером других одновременно выполненных вмешательств (восстановление ротаторной манжеты, резекция дистального конца ключицы или бицепс-тенодез)
